Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering required; minimal 10 years in electrical distribution design.
• Proven experience leading project managers and designers.
• Experience developing and managing projects, client expectations, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients.
• Manage client relationships and establish scopes of services and fees.
• Plan, direct large engineering projects and supervise design teams.
• Provide technical oversight and prepare design calculations and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sub-consultants to support project delivery.
