Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical distribution design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain.
• Proven project management experience with leadership of design teams.
• Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Experience in proposing scopes, schedules, and fees.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients.
• Manage client relationships and project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Direct large engineering programs and supervise technical teams.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and junior engineers.
