- Technical expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train engineering talent with best development practices.
- Conduct performance reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive improvement.
- Promote Agile and DevOps culture, ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Define and execute the technical strategy and architecture for scalable, secure FinTech apps.
- Ensure SDLC adheres to best practices, coding standards, and compliance.
