Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Technical Lead - .NET Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications. The role requires strong experience in .NET Core/.NET 8, Azure Cloud, microservices, and DevOps practices, with a focus on scalable APIs and secure architectures.

You will mentor developers, participate in solution design, and lead delivery, collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure high quality releases.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET Core/.NET 8 and C# is required.
• Proficient in REST APIs and gRPC design.
• Strong SQL Server and Entity Framework knowledge.
• Experience with React.js/Next.js for full-stack development.
• Security practices with JWT/OAuth2/RBAC.
• Proven technical leadership and SaaS product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
• Build scalable REST APIs and Microservices.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and perform code reviews.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments on Azure.
