Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior/Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to own design, development, and compliance of enterprise-grade applications in a Microsoft- and Azure-first environment. You will lead a hybrid engineering organization with full-time and contracted staff, shaping development practices and integrating AI capabilities into products and tooling.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, manage timelines, and drive secure, scalable API-first platforms using ASP.NET Core,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience, with 5–8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing outsourced or contracted development teams (onshore and near/offshore).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Microsoft certifications preferred (Azure Solutions Architect, .NET, DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and compliance of enterprise-grade applications.
• Lead hybrid engineering organization of full-time and contracted staff; ensure timely delivery and accountability.
• Define coding standards and enforce architectural governance across teams.
• Oversee deployments across Dev → UAT → Prod with enterprise release practices.
