Job summary

Hire'in Solutions is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with 10–12 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver large-scale enterprise applications using C#, .NET, microservices, SQL, and cloud technologies. The role blends strong technical leadership with hands-on coding and architectural decisioning.

Qualifications

10–12 years of software development experience in C# and .NET.
3–5 years of hands-on microservices development.
3–5 years of cloud platform experience (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable).
3–5 years leading development teams in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade applications.
Provide hands-on coding support while establishing engineering best practices and standards.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems and APIs.
Drive architecture reviews and technology adoption across projects.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analyses.
Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, and performance standards.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
Manage technical dependencies across multiple teams and ensure integration.
