Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Technical Lead – .NET Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications from Hartford, CT. The role requires hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Angular/React, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).

You will lead development teams and engage clients while shaping architecture and Agile practices. The position is onsite in Hartford, CT with potential in-person interviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework and C#
• Front-end development expertise in Angular and/or React
• Experience with SQL Server and performance optimization
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Proven Technical Lead experience leading development teams and complex projects
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage both functional and technical workstreams
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies
