Job summary

Your leadership will drive secure, maintainable systems while leveraging AI-assisted tooling to accelerate design, documentation, and delivery. Hybrid work is supported with in-office collaboration in Hartford.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building enterprise web apps using React.js, C#, .NET Core, AWS, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
• Proven track record leading software engineering teams and delivering complex solutions as a lead.
• Deep knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, component-based architecture, and responsive design.
• Experience designing, securing, and optimizing REST APIs with authentication and versioning.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub source control, branching, PRs, code reviews, and governance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using React.js, C#, .NET Core, AWS.
• Mentor a team of engineers, provide technical leadership and growth opportunities.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, PR practices, and secure coding.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and documentation.
• Support CI/CD implementation, release planning, and production troubleshooting.
