Job summary

ai2io is seeking a Software Engineer Technical Lead to own the technical direction and delivery for a Microsoft-centric stack, including .NET/Blazor and Azure. You will also guide the strategic migration of React applications to Blazor while remaining hands-on for critical tasks.

You will mentor engineers, define architecture, enforce quality standards, and partner with stakeholders to ensure continuity and performance during migrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development with leadership experience.
• Deep proficiency in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Blazor, and Azure.
• Strong React/TypeScript experience for transitional app work.
• Experience modernizing or migrating large apps with minimal disruption.
• Ability to document systems and guide phased migrations.
• Excellent communication and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical Direction for the Strategic Platform using C#/.NET, Blazor, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Maintain Transitional React Applications, ensuring stability, security, and timely updates.
• Lead React-to-Blazor Conversion with phased migration plans and measurable milestones.
• Plan and coordinate technical delivery, decomposing work and managing dependencies and risk.
• Own Azure Production Readiness, including deployment, observability, and incident response.
• Set the Secure Engineering and Quality Bar with secure coding, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Coach engineers through design reviews, pairing, and delegation to build long-term capability.
• Contribute beyond the team by shaping reusable patterns and cross-team standards.
