ai2io is seeking a Software Engineer Technical Lead with deep C#/.NET, Microsoft Azure, and ASP.NET Blazor experience to own the technical direction and engineering outcomes of a software team. Blazor is our strategic web-application platform.

You will remain a hands-on contributor while guiding architecture, delivery, production readiness, secure engineering, and team capability across our Microsoft-centric stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep proficiency in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Blazor, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience for transitional apps.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction for the strategic .NET/Blazor platform and oversee the transitional React apps.
• Plan and coordinate migrations from React to Blazor while preserving user outcomes and data integrity.
• Coach engineers through design reviews, pairing, and code quality practices.
• Ensure secure coding, testing strategies, CI/CD, observability, and operational readiness.
• Lead collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to validate migration priorities.
