Qualifications

• Ability to mentor, lead design discussions, and drive best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BAs and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Develop software per user requirements and quality standards.
• Define and enforce programming patterns and standards; mentor junior developers.
• Perform code reviews and lead POCs, design sessions, and pair programming.
• Lead estimates, sprint planning, and backlog grooming; support production deployments.
