Job summary

Integrity is seeking a senior software lead to design and deliver scalable full stack applications using .NET (C#) and Blazor. You will shape architecture across frontend and backend and drive quality with automated testing and CI/CD.

Based in Urbandale, IA, you will mentor engineers, collaborate with product teams, manage Azure infrastructure with IaC, and implement LaunchDarkly for progressive delivery. Join a hyper-growth team with strong engineering culture and a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development with 2+ years in lead/architecture role.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, server-side development.
• Hands-on Blazor (Server/WebAssembly) experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Service Bus, Entra ID, Key Vault).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions (branching, environments, gates).
• IaC using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates in Azure.
• Experience with LaunchDarkly or similar feature flags.
• Experience with testing frameworks: xUnit, NUnit, bUnit, Playwright.
• Relational DBs and EF Core / Dapper.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of full stack apps using .NET/C# and Blazor.
• Define and evolve the technical architecture across frontend and backend.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for frequent deployment.
• Champion automated testing at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC (Bicep/Terraform/ARM).
• Implement feature flagging with LaunchDarkly for progressive delivery.
• Perform code reviews and mentor engineers to raise standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into plans.
• Evaluate new tools and patterns while managing technical debt.
• Contribute to incident response, production support, and post-incident reviews.
