Job summary

Equilibrium is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead tailings and mine waste projects in a global mining-focused practice. You will guide technical direction, work with multidisciplinary teams, and drive project delivery while mentoring junior staff and building strong client relationships.

You will contribute to proposals, grow the Mine Waste practice, and promote best practices in geotechnical engineering. Flexible and remote-based arrangements are considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Geotechnical engineering experience in mining or mine waste projects.
• Strong leadership, project delivery and client relationship skills.
• Bi-lingual English and French is an asset.
