• 20+ years of progressively senior experience in mining geotechnical engineering and mine waste engineering.

Responsabilités

• Direct complex tailings and mine waste projects, overseeing investigations, design and delivery.
• Oversee technical quality and provide company-wide technical direction.
• Lead facility safety inspections and dam safety reviews with risk-informed recommendations.
• Advance innovative approaches to strengthen technical capabilities.
• Develop people through mentoring and technical review of junior staff.
• Build trusted senior-level client relationships and drive business development.
