Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager-Extrusion to lead hands-on medical extrusion activities and act as technical authority.

You will collaborate with customers, operators, and quality teams to solve complex challenges, drive process improvements, and shepherd new products from concept to commercialization.

This leadership-track role emphasizes technical excellence without traditional management, with a small, collaborative team and visibility with leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Direct experience operating, setting up, troubleshooting, or developing extrusion processes.
• Experience with OQ/PQ execution and DOE analysis in regulated environments.
• Strong customer-facing engineering experience.
• Proven cross-functional influence and technical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as site's technical SME for medical extrusion.
• Lead process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Develop DOE studies and validate processes (OQ/PQ).
• Drive NPI projects from development to production launch.
• Mentor one extrusion engineer and coordinate with ops, quality.
• Interface with customers for technical discussions.
