Job summary

Ironclad Inc. is hiring a Technical Lead Manager for Jurist, Ironclad’s AI-native contract review experience. You will set the technical vision for Jurist, lead architecture, and guide end-to-end delivery from UI to backend, partnering with product and design.

This senior leadership role requires 5+ years building complex systems and 2+ years leading teams, with a track record of shipping fast-moving products. The role is hybrid in San Francisco with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years architecting and operating complex software systems.
• 2+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
• Proven track record shipping ambiguous, zero-to-one or one-to-scale products.
• High agency and strong product instincts; you know when to go deep technically and when to simplify.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and roadmap for Jurist, spanning the full stack from UI to backend systems.
• Lead architecture and execution for Jurist’s core experiences: redlining, AI-assisted suggestions, deviation summaries, obligations and playbook workflows.
• Own end-to-end quality with evals, benchmarking, error analysis, regression prevention and instrumentation.
