Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Mangrove team technical leader in Hanover, MD to guide web-based LMS development and delivery. You will capture requirements, plan sprints, review code, and implement features while mentoring a small team in an agile setting.

Ideal candidates have strong enterprise web experience, including Python, Node.js, React/Redux, Docker, and Kubernetes, with TS/SCI clearance preferred. Flexible hours and work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of software development experience, or equivalent.
• Experience leading a small team using agile methodologies and delivering enterprise-level web apps.
• Proficiency with modern web stacks including Python, Node.js, React/Redux, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of LMS features, plan sprints, and manage release schedules.
• Review code for quality and standards, design new features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional work with product owners.
