Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to serve as the onsite lead and liaison between business stakeholders and an offshore team supporting critical eSales initiatives.

You will drive project execution, facilitate communication, remove blockers, and contribute to software development across the stack. Strong leadership, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Strong experience leading distributed onsite/offshore development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate development across multiple workstreams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite technical lead for multiple eSales initiatives.
• Primary point of contact between business partners, product owners, and offshore teams.
• Conduct daily standups with offshore resources to review priorities and blockers.
• Hold end-of-day coordination sessions to review deliverables and next-day objectives.
• Provide hands-on development across the full application stack.
• Review designs, code quality, and implementation approaches.
