Job summary

Capgemini is hiring an Onsite Technical Lead - Java Full Stack to lead a scrum team in an onshore-offshore delivery model in a hybrid onsite setting based near Camden, NJ. You will navigate stakeholder expectations, translate requirements into technical solutions, and mentor an offshore team while delivering high-quality, scalable software.

You will guide end-to-end design, drive architecture, and contribute as a hands-on developer using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, and modern web application development.
• Experience working in Agile projects and client-facing consulting environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Java (8-17), Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JDBC, Hibernate, Maven, and Gradle.
• Front-end technologies including JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture, hands-on coding, and code reviews.
• Manage and mentor offshore development teams and coordinate with client stakeholders.
• Ensure Agile execution, sprint planning, and delivery governance across distributed teams.
• Drive release planning, test strategy, and production troubleshooting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementations.
