Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on full-stack enterprise application development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.
- Relational databases experience, specifically MS SQL Server.
- Frontend proficiency with Angular/TypeScript.
- CI/CD, DevOps toolchains, and cloud deployments on AWS.
- Experience leading offshore teams (India) and collaborating with executives.
Responsibilities
- Architecture design, hands-on delivery, code reviews, and resolving blockers across the stack.
- Collaborate with BAs, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs and backlogs.
- Lead and mentor offshore development teams, drive sprint planning and delivery accountability.
- Communicate status, manage technical risks, and align deliverables with business priorities.
- Drive AI-enabled engineering practices, including agentic AI workflows on AWS.
