Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an AI Tech Lead with 10+ years of software engineering experience to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI and application solutions. You will lead technical teams and drive architecture, integrating LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI across services.

Hybrid onsite schedule starts with 4 days per week and moves toward full onsite; must have at least 8 years USA experience. Strong background in Azure/AWS cloud, Azure OpenAI, AKS, Cosmos DB, REST APIs, and microservices is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of USA experience required.
• 10+ years of software engineering/application development experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI).
• Experience building Agentic AI and RAG solutions.

Must have- Minimum 8 years of USA experience required.

The client is looking for an AI Tech Lead with 10+ years of software engineering experience and a strong background in both AI and application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/Generative AI solutions while also being capable of leading technical teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of software engineering/application development experience.
• 5+ years of Azure/AWS Cloud and modern application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI).
• Experience building Agentic AI and RAG solutions.
• Hands-on with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AKS, Containers, Cosmos DB, SQL, REST APIs, and Microservices.

Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering projects using Agile/Scrum.
