Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Proven track record delivering and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, architecture, system design, and delivery at scale.
• Experience applying agile methodologies to software delivery.
• Experience managing vendor relationships in outsourced or hybrid IT models.
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring & coaching, and strong communication.
