Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience in People & Culture, business support, or event management.
• Experience with standard IT applications, preferably Google Suite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus depending on region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders using agile methodologies to support strategic projects and events.
• Provide technology support and drive process improvements within the network.
• Develop and expand the self-organized P&C Enabling Support Network and contribute to related initiatives.
• Support global, regional and local P&C colleagues on diverse tasks including travel/expense management and large events.
• Handle local site/chapter requests.
• Maintain on-site presence with a minimum of 3 days per week.
