Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with data engineering or analytics data pipelines
• BS in Engineering, CS, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• Deep Snowflake expertise and data modeling experience
• Excellent SQL, Python, and JSON; comfortable with JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between analytics and engineering teams; translate analytics needs into requirements and tickets
• Provide hands-on Snowflake depth, SQL excellence, code review across SQL, Python, and JavaScript
• Coach and mentor analysts on technical concepts and coding
• Champion automation and AI tooling to improve analytics workflows
• Explore AI-driven insights and how to integrate AI with reporting and enterprise systems
• Contribute to technical design of the analytics platform; optimize data models and performance trade-offs
