Job summary

FalconSmartIT is seeking a Technical Lead to guide design and development of highly available distributed systems on AWS using Go, Python, and Node.js. You will lead a team, drive automation, and collaborate with product and client stakeholders to translate requirements into resilient, well-tested solutions.

You will set technical direction, define best practices, and oversee infrastructure on EKS/OpenShift, CI/CD, and automation across testing and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems focus.
• Expert-level Go and Python; strong Node.js experience for polyglot services.

Responsibilities
