Confidential, a healthcare product development company, seeks a Manager of Full Stack Development to provide strategic leadership across multiple engineering teams delivering complex, highly available distributed systems on AWS using Go, Python, and Node.js on Kubernetes platforms.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in engineering leadership, deep AWS/EKS/OpenShift expertise, and a proven track record in AI-assisted development.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12 years of software engineering experience, incl. distributed systems; 5+ years in leadership.
• Expert-level Go and Python; strong Node.js in polyglot services.
• Deep AWS experience incl. EKS; OpenShift enterprise Kubernetes.
• Experience with automation and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible).

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple full-stack teams.
• Own architectural vision and technical roadmap for distributed systems on AWS/EKS/OpenShift.
• Define and govern coding standards, patterns, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead AWS infrastructure strategy, cost optimization, security, and resilience.
• Drive CI/CD and IaC automation; mentor senior engineers and leaders.
• Represent engineering in client interactions and strategic engagements.
• Shape proposals, scope engagements, and account growth.
• Define AI-assisted development strategy and governance.
