Job summary

Bixal is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of an enterprise-scale, accessible digital platform for a federal government client. You will mentor a cross-functional team and drive architecture decisions across WordPress, Drupal, Salesforce, and APIs, while ensuring robust security, accessibility, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital platforms.
• Strong architecture and API design skills.
• Hands-on development with WordPress, Drupal, and Salesforce (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide design, development, and delivery of an enterprise-scale platform.
• Drive architecture decisions across WordPress, Drupal, and Salesforce and APIs.
• Mentor a cross-functional delivery team and engage the client for progress updates.
• Collaborate with PMs, product owners, designers, and engineers to mature the platform.
