Job summary

City of Dallas is seeking an Engineering and Architecture Technical Lead to supervise engineers, project coordinators, architects and landscape architects on high-profile infrastructure projects. You will guide planning, design and construction while ensuring quality and compliance with city, state and federal standards.

The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners to deliver complex public works initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate development estimates in feasibility assessments and planned development activities.
• Create, maintain, review and approve designs in collaboration with Architect and Engineer Teams, ensuring alignment to codes, standards, and practices.
• Manage, oversee and provide technical oversight over engineering, architectural, or landscape architectural designs and construction contracts for major infrastructure projects.
