Job summary
Everforth Apex is seeking an IT Technical Lead to own architecture, development, integration, and delivery for CRE origination platforms. You will partner with stakeholders, engineers, and vendors to design scalable, secure solutions and ensure reliability and performance across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of application development, systems integration, or software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience leading development teams or large-scale technology initiatives.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise applications in complex environments.
- Strong experience with .NET / C#; REST APIs and service-oriented architectures; SQL and relational databases; system integrations and middleware technologies; CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; Cloud and SaaS architectures; Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar toolsets.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and architecture for REC Originations applications and integrations.
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable solutions supporting commercial real estate lending processes.
- Define application architecture standards, integration patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce technical debt.
- Provide technical leadership for modernization and transformation initiatives involving SaaS and cloud-based platforms.
- Lead development, enhancement, implementation, and support activities across the REC technology ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review and approve technical designs, code, deployment plans, and implementation strategies.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, CI/CD practices, and security requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support activities.
