Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Leader to oversee the LoanIQ ecosystem, driving development, modernization, and governance of commercial lending platform solutions. You will manage a portfolio spanning origination, servicing, collateral, payments, and syndications, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and technology initiatives.
• Hands-on with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, REST APIs and SQL Server.
• Experience with LoanIQ or commercial lending platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, support, and continual improvement of the LoanIQ portfolio and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions with impact on operations.
• Lead modernization initiatives using .NET, SQL Server, APIs, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, BAs, PMs, QA, and operations to meet standards.
• Manage roadmaps, debt, upgrades, and regulatory initiatives.
• Provide leadership during incidents and drive permanent resolutions.
• Lead multi-year modernization programs and cloud transformation efforts.
• Manage vendor relationships for contracted products and services.
• Ensure smooth deployment of releases and production support transitions.
• Mentor high-performing tech teams and promote accountability and innovation.
• Communicate status, risks, milestones, and guidance to senior leadership.
• Champion Agile, release governance, and SDLC compliance.
