Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an IT Technical Lead for the Real Estate Capital Originations tech team. You will own architecture and delivery across REC lending platforms, mentor engineers, and drive modernization initiatives with SaaS/cloud deployments.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions while ensuring reliability, security, and performance across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of application development, systems integration, or software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership leading development teams or large initiatives.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise applications in complex environments.
• Strong experience with .NET/C#, REST, SQL, integrations, CI/CD, cloud/SaaS, and DevOps tooling.
• Proficient in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for REC Originations apps and integrations.
• Design scalable, secure solutions for CRE lending processes and data flows.
• Review designs, enforce coding standards, and drive CI/CD and security practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and oversee performance, reliability, and incident response.
• Collaborate with product owners and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions.
