Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a DevOps Platforms Leader to steer strategy, governance, modernization, and enterprise adoption of our DevOps platforms across multiple teams. The role partners with Software Engineering, Security, and Product Delivery to define roadmaps, standards, and tooling, while driving observability, compliance, and cost-efficient operations in a large-scale environment.

You will oversee architecture of CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, IaC, and secure-by-default practices,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is required.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
• 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the team and drives continuous improvement.
• Plans and leads IT projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Ensures availability, reliability, and security of technology systems.
• Defines and drives the DevSecOps strategy and roadmap.
• Designs and manages enterprise-grade DevSecOps platforms and IaC.
• Embeds security controls across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Oversees platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implements governance including access controls and audit logging.
• Continuously evaluates emerging DevSecOps tools and practices.
