Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Tech Lead for Content Infrastructure & MLR Enablement to provide hands-on technical leadership. You will shape architecture, lead delivery, and work with the Content Development & Deployment teams to build scalable, compliant solutions across enterprise content platforms and MLR workflows.

Responsibilities include leading technical roadmaps, translating business needs into technical tasks, and mentoring engineers while coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform development.
• 2+ years as a Tech Lead or similar role involving hands-on technical leadership of a development team.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms such as Veeva PromoMats and MedComm Vault.
• Experience working in Agile product development teams and product operating models.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions with capability owners, translating needs into technical plans.
• Lead technical delivery, building and integrating software to business needs and standards.
• Guide teams in integrating content platforms with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, web, analytics).
• Ensure compliance, auditability, and governance for workflows across platforms.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with vendor partners.
