Job summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is seeking aDelivery Lead with strong technical leadership to drive architecture decisions, automation strategy, and programming governance. You will interface with business and IT teams, define long-term technology planning, and mentor developers while shaping scalable UiPath-based automation across multiple units.
The role requires 7+ years in delivery leadership and architecture design, with experience in UiPath REFramework and Orchestrator configurations.
Qualifications
- Seven years of experience in delivery leadership or closely related roles.
- Experience designing scalable architecture and reusable automation frameworks.
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator setups, multi-tenancy, high availability, and robot provisioning.
Responsibilities
- Interface with users and IT teams to evaluate implementation of new or enhanced technology.
- Define and communicate long-term technology strategy for a specific area.
- Lead technical design reviews and enforce coding standards; mentor developers.
