Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is seeking an AI Engineer/Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead intelligent automation projects using UiPath and AI/ML. You will blend hands-on coding with technical leadership to deliver high-quality AI-enhanced automation solutions.

You will mentor RPA developers, align automation with business needs, and ensure robust deployment, monitoring, and governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with OCR technologies (Document Understanding, ABBYY, Google Vision, Azure Form Recognizer).
• Design and build custom ML models (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Manage model lifecycle: training, retraining, versioning, monitoring, and drift detection.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead design and development of UiPath automation solutions with AI components.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and deliver scalable automation.
• Governance: Oversee deployment, monitoring, and optimization via UiPath Orchestrator; mentor staff.
• Technical: Build and integration APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
