• 12+ years experience in software/solution delivery.
• 8+ years UiPath experience.
• 5+ years technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and technical delivery; select technology and engineering patterns; define skills, roles, effort, dependencies.
• Lead engineers through delivery lifecycle; govern reference architectures and standards; lead reviews, assessments, troubleshooting, RCA.
• Drive agentic automation/AI capabilities; provide estimates, capacity needs, risks; present recommendations and tradeoffs; coach engineers.
