Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of relevant industry experience in ASICs/SoCs validation.
• Hands-on validation and characterization on complex ASICs or NICs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-silicon validation on emulation platforms and first-silicon bring-up.
• Perform post-silicon characterization across PVT corners.
• Develop hardware test plans, automate data collection and analysis.
• Build and maintain large-scale lab automation for characterization data.
• Collaborate with ODMs, test houses, and silicon vendors.
