Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a senior technical leader to advance TA systems with AI and workflow automation. You will own architecture, data models, and engineering standards while delivering end-to-end value across recruiting platforms. You’ll partner with HR and engineering to turn business problems into validated, scalable solutions.

You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly from concept to execution, and enjoy solving complex problems with a builder mindset, delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, building, and scaling business systems or automation/data platforms.
• Experience owning technical leadership for a system or platform.
• Strong full-stack engineering with modern web apps and APIs.
• Experience integrating systems and building data pipelines.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction for a talent acquisition platform with AI and workflow automation.
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack apps end-to-end from development to deployment.
• Integrate recruiting and HR systems of record and keep data pipelines in sync.
• Design and build AI-powered tools and automation to boost recruiting quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across TA, Recruiting Ops, and Engineering.
• Gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate trade-offs to non-technical partners.
