Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing for software/AI/ML
• Proven track record sourcing specialized technical talent at top tech company or SaaS
• Deep proficiency with sourcing platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, ATS/CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies by role, level, and location
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team impact
• Build authentic outreach and long-term relationships with high-priority prospects
• Provide market insights and adjust hiring criteria based on real-time data
• Leverage AI-enabled research tools to improve pipeline quality and efficiency
• Maintain organized candidate data in ATS/CRM with strong stakeholder experience
