Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations technologist to lead AI-driven tooling and data pipelines that power our hiring. You will own the technical direction for recruiting platforms, design end-to-end full-stack solutions, and collaborate with TA leadership and Engineering to convert business problems into validated, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years designing, building, and scaling business systems and automation/data platforms.
1–3 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations tech.
Owns architecture and engineering standards and delivers end-to-end solutions.
Strong data pipelines, data-model correctness, and source-of-truth care.
Able to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable tech.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own the technical direction for a talent acquisition platform with AI and workflow automation.
Design, build, and maintain full-stack apps and operational tools end-to-end.
Integrate recruiting/HR systems (Greenhouse, Workday, CRM/TRM) with accurate data pipelines.
Develop AI-powered tools and automations to improve recruiting quality and speed.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
Act as a trusted technical partner to non-technical teams and gather feedback iteratively.
