Job summary

Litera is seeking a Technical Lead, Engineering to guide software design and delivery for the legal tech domain. You will partner with Product Management, scrum teams, and engineers across a distributed organization to translate priorities into high-quality, on-time releases.

You’ll coach engineers and lead SCRUM practices to raise the bar for quality and speed. The role is a hybrid position in Denver, CO, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing full-stack solutions to real business problems.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 2+ engineers.
• Expert-level skills in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Git, Azure DevOps, NuGet, NPM, and SonarQube.
• Strong command of software development principles and design patterns (object-oriented design, SOLID, TDD, KISS, DRY).
• Excellent understanding of major SPA/SSR frameworks (React, Next, Vue, Nuxt, Angular, or Svelte).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical direction for a product with design and development teams.
• Lead code reviews to raise quality and propagate best practices.
• Mentor engineers to grow their skills and performance.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality releases with collaboration with Product Management.
