Job summary

Litera, a leader in legal tech, seeks a Technical Project Manager in Denver for hybrid work. You will drive complex R&D integrations, build cross-functional plans, and manage risk and delivery across fast-moving initiatives.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, applying Agile methods and strong communication to ensure alignment and timely releases. This role offers a base salary with a bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project/program management in a technology environment.
• Experience supporting integration projects and Agile practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technical projects in infrastructure, software, or product domains.
• Strong independent work ethic in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic R&D projects and integrations from inception through completion.
• Build and manage integrated project plans aligning teams around ownership and timelines.
• Own program management for active R&D integrations including planning and reporting.
• Drive progress on OKRs, ensuring data quality and executive visibility.
• Identify critical dependencies and manage risks before delivery.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed and keep plans on track.
• Provide clarity and structure to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
