Job summary

Niyam IT, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide full-stack engineering and AI initiatives for a federal client. You will lead architecture, development, testing, and deployment of modern web and mobile apps, including AI features and secure cloud practices.

The role requires hybrid work with onsite presence in Ashburn, VA up to 3–4 days/week, and strong leadership across engineering teams, architecture, and delivery. Federal project experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Hybrid schedule 3–4 days per week in Ashburn, VA.
• Experience with AI/ML in production apps (chatbots, AI-assisted tooling).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful/SOAP APIs, cloud deployments, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and mission objectives.
• Enforce architectural principles, standards, and guardrails.
• Guide design, development, testing, and deployment of web/mobile/AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive AI integrations including virtual assistants and recommendations.
