Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Technical Support Lead to work onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, coordinating with Mission Integrators, Government stakeholders, and vendors to field AI-enabled capabilities across multiple security enclaves. The role requires a strong background in integration, deployment, and testing within DoD or IC environments.

Requires a Bachelor's in a technical field and 5+ years of related experience; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in technical integration or fielding.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain necessary security access.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration, deployment, and fielding among stakeholders and teams.
• Coordinate cross-domain data, models, and interfaces across NIPR/SIPR/JWICS.
• Plan, support, test, and verify operational readiness for fielded capabilities.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and track actions and decisions.
• Provide on-site and remote field support during deployments and sustainment.
