Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Technical Support Lead to work onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, supporting DoD missions. The role involves technical integration, deployment, fielding, and cross-domain work across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments, with travel to commands and government sites as needed.

The candidate should have a relevant bachelor's (master's preferred), 5+ years of related experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of related experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
• Ability to work onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical readiness for fielding activities across multiple sites and enclaves.
• Lead integration, testing, and fielding activities with Mission Integrators and Government leads.
• Identify, document, and mitigate critical-path technical risks and deployment dependencies.
• Manage issue tracking, risk tracking, and escalation with documented rationale and actions.
• Provide on-site and remote field support during integration, deployment, and initial operation.
