KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Technical Instructor to design and deliver technically rigorous training programs across the intelligence community. You will develop interview frameworks, assessments, and curricula to advance mission readiness.
Travel is frequent to client sites; you will coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure training success and measurable outcomes. A TS/SCI with poly and a degree are required.

Technical Instructor
$169,000 to $206,500 (Virginia only)
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
