• Respond to inquiries regarding technical data, pricing, and delivery.
• Engage with LinkedIn to reach VEGA Americas customers on applications.
• Evaluate customer information and recommend equipment aligned with performance, delivery and price.
• Develop clear quotations for customers, representatives, and regional teams.
• Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and recommending solutions.
• Active participation in LiveChat and customer support.
• Promote customer engagement with myVEGA and related events.
• Assist post-order service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support trade shows, on-site visits, and customer events.
