Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare formal quotes and sales support materials for Sales Directors/Managers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide price quotes and product availability.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve RMA and customer service issues.
• Work closely with the Planner to track delivery dates and ensure timely notifications.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing team on component availability.
• Support Sales Directors/Managers throughout the sales process.
• Interface with various departments on customer action items.
• Follow up on open quotes to ensure timely completion of sales processes.
