About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will provide essential support to the Sales Directors and Managers by assisting in managing customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle. Key responsibilities will be generating formal quotes, providing product information, and supporting post‑sales inquiries. The role will also interface with Engineering, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer inquiries and action items are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare formal quotes and sales support materials in Word and Excel for the Sales Directors/Managers
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide price quotes, product availability, and delivery lead‑times
• Collaborate with customers to resolve RMA and customer service issues
• Work closely with the Planner to track delivery dates and ensure timely notification to customers
• Coordinate with the Purchasing team to determine component availability and lifecycle
