Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service in a manufacturing/technical environment.
• Proficient computer skills for daily task management.

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication with customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete hands-on training, including time in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop product expertise, features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical information and guidance to help customers select products.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries about product details, pricing, orders, and delivery.
• Proactively engage customers via phone and email to generate new sales opportunities.
• Process orders and quotes for stock and custom components.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to drive opportunities within territories.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
